Use the passkey already registered to your Cloud Itonami identity.
Choose the provider where you saved it — such as 1Password, iCloud Keychain, Google Password Manager, or this device.
Trouble with your passkey?
If you closed the passkey picker or chose the wrong provider, select Sign in with a passkey again and choose the provider where you saved it.
If you lost a device, sign in with another passkey that is already registered to this account. This screen cannot replace a lost passkey.
Use one of your saved one-time recovery keys. After the 48-hour safety delay, you can register a new passkey; the old passkeys and sessions are then revoked.
Email, SMS, SSO, and support cannot reset the identity or skip the delay. If you have neither a passkey nor a recovery key, the identity cannot be recovered.
Support can explain the available options and help freeze the account, but cannot sign in as you, add a passkey, or reset your identity.
Create a passkey. From next time, this device's biometrics are all you need.
You are signed in
Adding a second passkey means losing one device does not lock you out.
The signing key used to sign in is held by itonami and unlocked by your passkey (this is not a wallet). Because itonami can decrypt that key, a compromise of this service could sign as you. The passkey stops everyone else. If you want sole custody of the key, use the path that issues a CACAO from your own did:key.
